Hey guys. Hope you’re enjoying the twilight of the summer. Today I thought I’d show an Ork Bad Moon Deff Dread.
This model is part of a huge Ork army that I am working on. It must at least be around 7/8K in point value. I’m currently overwhelmed with my workroom looking like a shop of GW boxes. Personally I love the model and really enjoyed painting it. As with all the Ork models they are a lot of fun as you can paint in a very crude style compared to a lot of other armies. It’s a way of painting that I enjoy as you have a lot of freedom.

Usually I do love his work , but this one does not do it for me to be honest, that is not to play down the skill involved , its just personal opinion.

I like the gritty style of ThirdEyeNuke. Gives an interesting alternative to the GW presentation of pristine pant jobs.
This looks like it was painted with a rag on a stick.
Ha ha. Oh my, this site makes me laugh. The models fine. I'm sure though if you took more cocaine it would be better 🙂
It never feels nice to say this: I don't think this is very good. You've got talent but I think your models lack the finesse of other entries on this site because you don't seem to use a paintbrush.
Put the airbrush down and spend some time on your next showcase model. We want to see some highlights and a base that complements the figure instead of looking like he dropped the bag of cocaine he was trying to shovel into his faceplate.
Ah god, put the cocaine down from a anom. That has to be the best. Anom non of that model was airbrushed. It's all brush and sponge. If you want to provide some cocaine feel free. I would love some. Never painted on cocaine 🙂

Enough of the trash-talk please. I like it, and think it especially suits Orks. If I may ask, what's your sponge method?
