That’s right, I have a working jawbridge. My lovely wife gave me one of her necklaces to create a mechanism for raising and lowering the gate.


The suspended winch still gives enough clearance to fit archers underneath firing through the mouth of the Orc face plate.


I still need to create a handle or maybe some cogs so the handle reaches the platform but i’m happy it works so far.

Put a squig in a wheel to operate the gate… or a grot.
A handle with a bunch of snotlings dangling from it in an attempt to wind it. That's my thought on it anyway. Great progress.
