Here they are: Proper pictures of my recently finished Warpfire Thrower Team from Island of Blood.
As I’ve said before, I’m not really convinced by the IoB weapon teams, the weapons itself have rather basic and boring shapes and upon closer inspection they don’t seem as they could really work. However the painting was quite fun because it was my first time at painting fire. I went for a magic green flame instead of a more traditional yellow/orange/red one. I applied the same colours that I use for painting warpstone but in reverse order and added some black for the fume and small white dots for the glistering ash.
