What are close combat terminators without a ride that gets them right in the enemy’s ranks?
I completed this vehicle over the summer, and enjoyed it greatly. The kit is easy to build, and the working gantry in the front is good fun.
Did some more experimenting with oil washes and edge highlighting to bring out the details of the model. I think it’s relatively successful.
I’ve considered mudding it up along the bottom edge to match my other tanks, but I can’t bring myself to do it…

Loving the grey and blue. It's a totally new vibe for the Ultramarines, a fresh new spin and it works. It's doesn't look out of place or out of character.
Yeah, I started them originally as a successor chapter, but with the advent of chapter tactics, I primarily run them as ultramarines. Plus, you know I gotta take my space Sean Connery. Telion FTW!

For some reason I am picturing you in your power armour in the midst of battle with your touch up paint pen fixing scratches in the paint job…

This looks very Storm Warden's-esque!
It will look much better when it is weathered. Everything looks better with environmental effects. They help fool the brain into believing in the thing.
Its a bit too clean for my tastes, but a very nice paint job for sure and I LOVE the color scheme!
Very nice, clean and neat paintjob, trip! I like it very much. This is where I am trying to get with my painting…and then – maybe – some weathering and dirt. On the other hand, it looks great the way it is and I understand your hesitancy:-)
Trip, too factory fresh, even a light drybrush of some dirt/grime on tracks will do it. And some 'U' transfers or freehand perhaps… lovely stuff
