A recent commission of two long fang packs, the first for horde control! 2 Plasma Cannons and 3 Heavy Bolters. While I’m not a huge fan of the newer cartoony Space Wolf kits, I’ve got to confess I had great fun mixing and matching to build these guys! I’ve seen quite a drop off in conversion work since GW started to focus son interchangability of plastic kits – am I right? What do you think?!

I think the converters are still converting but I agree your average gamer doesn't need to do weapon swaps anymore.
However some of the kits with their interchangeable parts do help plug the gaps in product lines. Using spare plastic tyrant wings on a tyrannofex will create a Harpy for instance.
I like your space wolves and the painting is exemplary as per usual, but I'm more a fan of the baby blue space wolf armour colour. This darker blue is too close to Ultramarines in colour for me. Completely personal opinion but it's one that splits the Space Wolf fans down the middle.
How did you do your snow? It's fantastic. Best snow I've seen in a long time.
Nice osl! I agree that converting has dropped off a bit but I think if they keep having quality control issues with finecast converting will take off again. They really seem to be hit and miss with that stuff.

Whoa, they are awesome! Mixing those Forgeworld armour variants with Space Wolves bits makes them look really brutal!
