Latest commission pieces – Raven Guard. Similar to Grey Knight scheme but with brown base for the white rather than blue. Very happy with these. Tried something new on the Sgt’s auspex. Black is done with Fang, Russ and Fenrisian Grey from GW’s new paints. More pics after the click.

These look really great. I never thought of doing a brown base for white. I need to start being more creative with my colors.

Great stuff; I particularly like the red effect on the sword. Normally you only see it done with cold tones, especially blue, so this is a nice variation.
Wow, just wow. Those are fantastic! The black is excellent, I must try that on my Tau that I'm doing for a friend. Also I'm not sure if you know this, but what GW wash is it that looks like real blood? I cannot for the life of me remember. Thanks.
