This is probably the third Thundertusk that I have painted since its release back in 2011, and probably the nicest one I have painted so far. Its one of those models that I always think I can paint relatively fast, but generally takes forever due to how many different bits and pieces the model contains. But in all I had a lot of fun with this one.I kind of wonder if GW are going to be releasing any more Ogre models anytime soon now they are doing the weekly thing. I think it would be cool as 2011 feels so long ago. What do you guys think?

It looks brilliant, I've got one half way through being built but it's taking ages filling in the joins. One question I do have is will you be doing anything with the Great Maw symbol on the hind leg? Or have you just not finished that bit? Great work.
Nope 🙂
LOL! I've never known a commission painter who didn't cut corners.
such a unique style, Nuke. so easy to recognize. love this piece. looks sinister.
