Hi folks, I’m back again with some cool models for your viewing pleasure. I’ve always enjoyed the Warhammer 40k Forge World kits, and sadly, with the way things are today, these more specialist and complex kits are far less common and seldom seen on the tabletop. However, I do believe you can still use them as “Legends”, treat them as “counts as”, or, if you’re a filthy heretic like me, you can simply create your own rules (EVIL LAUGH!!!) 😂.

I really enjoyed painting this kit – it’s packed with fantastic details. I picked up both weapon options and added magnets so I can easily swap them out depending on which one I want to use. It’s a large kit and can really mess with your opponent’s head when they see it advancing forward to unleash the heat!

The incredible Nordic heraldic detail on this model makes it wonderfully thematic. I absolutely love this kit, and it’s definitely one of my favourites in my Space Wolves collection. I painted it in a darker, more traditional Heresy-era grey colour scheme, as I feel it represents a truly ancient warrior: a relic still fighting the Long War long after the Heresy ended, in service to the Allfather.

Are you a fan of Forge World kits, or do you prefer plastic ones? Either way, we’re spoiled for choice with the quality of models available in Warhammer 40,000. Keep painting Legends!
