Hey folks, Uruk here!
Today I present you preliminary WIP pics of the Kharybdis Assault Claw I’m doing for my World Eaters. Being perfectly honest, I did buy it only because of the cool and fluffy formation from the Blood Oath book I really want to try out. The model is absolutely huge and heavy, being made of solid resin blocks. I’m building and painting it in stages because it’d be extremely difficult to paint up after fully assembling it. What do you think so far?

Thanks a lot, we appreciate any help to continue and grow Tale of Painters 🙂
I think it's awesome. I want one for the same reason you got yours. Good idea to paint/assemble in pieces. Hopefully next month I'll have the cash to pick one up and it'll end up looking half as good as yours.
Thanks a lot! I'm not even halfway through with the hull, but I'm sure yours will be as good if not better 🙂
The shading of the metal is very nice, it make you think "is it rust or dried blood?"! Want to see the final result!
The photoshopping certainly needs some attention. Those shadows

Lovett, especially the colouring of the bottom hatch. How was this done?
