Someone spied this mini in my airbrush review post and asked about the parts I used for the conversion. After the jump I list the parts.
Body, torso, pistol arm and cape – Krom Dragongaze
Head, chainsword and backpack – Space Wolves Upgrade pack
Pony tails, banner – Space Wolves unit sprue
Wolf head shoulder pad – Space Wolves unit sprue (use the Wolf helmet, a blank shoulder pad with the middle cut out and greenstuff)
Side note. The wolf emblem on the hilt of the sword is greenstuff.

Thanks for posting this, couldn't see from from your airbrush post that it was just the upgrade spruce parts. Nice work on the shoulder pad too.
