ToP Tip: The best sea green & petrol paints

Here on Tale of Painters and on my YouTube channel, I’m constantly testing out the latest paint ranges. However, only the finest colours from each range earn a spot in my rotation. I like to keep my options open and explore a variety of brands, cherry-picking the best paints and colours from each range.

My best paint picks for sea green & blue petrol

Here are two colours that I always like to use. First, a muted blue-green, perfect for the sea green of the Sons of Horus. And then a blue petrol, with Thunderhawk Blue from the Citadel Colour range as the base colour.

Sea green from dark to light:
