If you’ve ever wanted a Mastodon but couldn’t justify the regular 32mm scale kit, you might be in luck with the Mastodon Super-heavy Assault Transport in Epic Scale. Measuring about 7 cm in length, the box contains two models, a Legion Vehicle transfer sheet with decals for all 18 Legions, and an assembly guide. The RRP is £31.50 / 41 € / $52.

Patreon bonus content: Ultra high-res, uncompressed versions of these sprue images (and backsides of the sprues) can be downloaded here.

  • As is standard with Legions Imperialis boxes, you’ll get 2 identical sprues, with each sprue building one model.
  • Both Mastodons come equipped with a skyreaper battery turret, a front-mounted siege melta array, and sponson-mounted heavy flamers at the front.
  • For the rear sponsons, you can choose between a pair of heavy bolters or lascannons for each model.

Cerberus Heavy Tank Destroyer Squadron review

The Cerberus Heavy Tank Destroyers are heavily armed variants of the Land Raider Spartan chassis. The box includes four models, a vehicle transfer sheet, and an assembly guide. The RRP is £31.50 / 41 € / $52.

  • Each sprue also includes 2 pairs of sponson-mounted heavy bolters and 2 pairs of lascannons.

Typhon Heavy Siege Tank Squadron review

The Typhon Heavy Siege Tank, another Land Raider Spartan variant armed to the teeth, is also now available in Legions Imperialis scale. Each box contains four models, a vehicle transfer sheet, and an assembly guide. The RRP is £31.50 / 41 € / $52.

Vindicator Siege Tank Squadron review

The Vindicator box contains 8 models, along with decals and an assembly guide. Unlike its larger-scale counterpart, only demolisher cannons are included. The RRP is £31.50 / 41 € / $52.

  • As is standard with Legions Imperialis boxes, you’ll get 2 identical sprues, each building 4 models.
  • Per sprue (= 4 models), you’ll find: 4 closed hatches, 1 open hatch with crew, plus 4 optional combi-bolters and 4 optional dozer blades.

The Whirlwind and Scorpius Missile Tank Squadrons review

The Whirlwind and Scorpius Missile Tank Squadrons box contains 8 models. However, only 4 Whirlwind launchers and 4 Scorpius launchers are included, so you won’t be able to arm all the models identically. A transfer sheet and an assembly guide are also provided. The RRP is £31.50 / 41 € / $52.

Interestingly, the Whirlwind has yet to receive an official model in the regular 32 mm scale. Instead of the old-fashioned twin-armed launchers seen on Tarantulas, Games Workshop opted for a more modern, box-shaped design.
