I thought I would capitalise on the enjoyment of painting the Black Kraken and paint another Dreadfleet ship. I painted the Black Kraken’s arch nemesis, Grimnir’s Thunder.
On this model, the majority of the hull is metal. This made painting the model a little time-consuming. I also had to paint the model in pieces to be able to reach the interior detail.
I also painted the Dirigible as I went along because it shares the same colour scheme. 7 Ships plus terrain completed, 3 ships and game markers left to do.

4 parts and that includes the base. So it's not too bad. it's one of the easier ships to paint to be honest despite all that metal.
Cool.. how many pieces was it in though? It can't be that many can it?
