I’ve lined all the armour panels, which has given some depth to the model. I won’t add the highlights until I’ve added some chipping because I can do the under lights to the chips the same time as the edge highlights. I can’t do the chips until I’ve done the freehand though, so next up will be freehand. Click on the pics for a closer look, I’ve penciled on some guides for the freehand. It mimics the iconography I did for my Storm Raven. Long way to go still on this model.
I love the front end of this gunship. It’s just bristling with weaponry. It looks brutal.
I painted the cock pit and canopy and glued the lid shut before getting pics. I’ll try to get some close ups of the pilot when the models is finished.
