Hey all, today I am showcasing the Wood Elves Araloth. I painted him up
around the same time as I painted the Wild Riders which I showed last
week. I must say I have really enjoyed painting the Wood Elves models.
Initially I didn’t think I would like them as I tend to paint in darker
tones, but the few models I did was a lot of fun and I hope to do more.
On a different note I picked up the new Ork codex and I’m trying my
hardest not to start a new Ork army. Not that I don’t want to, but more
to the fact I still have a largely unpainted Chaos army looking at me
with sad eyes. What do you guys think?

Awesome! Love it … I am going to be painting him too very soon 🙂
I'd start an Warmachine force over Orks, since the models would really fit with your painting style.
I prefer your color choice on your Woodies when compared to the GW painted Woodies! Much more organic. Can't wait to see more. My wood elves are looking at me with sad eyes too as I have taken a break from putting them together to paint up other models.
Hey thanks, I'll give it a go whenever I get a chance 🙂
It certainly is an unusual style you have, and one which I never grow tired of looking at. Definitely wouldn't mind seeing a few more wood elves from you.
