No repaint today, instead I have the new plastic Venomthropes to share with you. More after the jump.
Here are some more angles. I like the guy on the left above. His base features some kind of organism growing out of the barren earth which has an eye stalk emerging from it’s cavity.
A Venomthrope post wouldn’t be complete without the daddy of toxicity joining the throng; the Toxicrene!
I feel my colour choices come alive on the more poisonous creatures. Makes them look like they’re warning people not to lick them.

Loving the colours on the tentacles/back stalks!
I can imagine the sounds they make with their tentacles is the same from John Carpenters The Thing. Primarily from the scene of the dog kennel. A great example of how you should feel when dealing with aliens.
Great work as always! Can't wait to get started on my own!
An excellent and clean paint job as usual! For my own part, I'm thinking about snagging a box of the new Venomthropes to proxy as Mucolid Spores since they are such great models. Plus, who wants to buy 3 Tyrannocytes for 1/10th of the plastic bits inside…
But they look so delicious, how could you not lick them?
Brilliant! Your Nid scheme never grows old on me… 🙂
