Hey all, today I was planning on showing some work that I have done on a Tyranid army. But as things often happen I got side tracked with work and was unable to take photos. So today I thought I’d show some Blood Angel Terminators that I painted way back in January.
The Blood Angels army that I painted these for was a huge army and a incredibly tough one to paint at that due to how many models it included. But still it was a lot of fun as the guy I was painting for often came and helped put models together with me. It’s crazy to think how fast time flies and that Autumn is coming. What do you guys think?

Your style works really well on space marines as well it seems. I really like the red, it pops without being too bright or light.
I like the black lenses and I was actually going to use them on my ultramarines.
Hey all, thanks for the awesome comments. I did try green lens , but did not like it so went for black. At the time of painting these I was using the GW Blood Angels painting book, but ended up taking different routes..
I like how the clean look of these minis still incorporates signs of your distressed style. I am in the middle of painting detail crushing blood angels right now. I really like green lenses for color complement but I see how the black gives a more ominous feel. To me this is a matter of artistic preference and not error. Quite cool, but maybe make the helmet lenses green? They look…unfinished.
Love the colour scheme, i think the spot colour of white on the base makes it very dramatic. Red looks really deep and the eyes look quite menacing instead of being brightly picked out.
