Here they are in their full glory, a unit of 30 Stormvermin including full command.
The models were very detailed, so the whole unit took quite a while to paint. I noticed the style of the models is a little bit different than the Clanrat models, the eyes are much smaller and very hard to paint, the models are hard to properly rank up, too. Nevertheless they look quite cool together. I did a little conversion on the Fangleader as covered in the WIP posts before. Also check out the freehand on the standard, I added a lightning like pattern as this unit will carry the Stormbanner most of the time. I gave two of the Stormvermin in the front rank shields, I can use them as counters. If I don’t want to arm them with shields I can hide those models in the back ranks.

Hi Saitou,
I did a tutorial explaining how I paint Skaven some time ago, check it out here: http://taleofpainters.blogspot.com/2010/09/tutorial-how-to-paint-skaven-clanrats.html I used the same techniques and paints for the Stormvermin. Cheers!
If you could find the time to write a little stage by stage guide for those storm vermin that would be awesome, mine have been sitting around unpainted for a while coz i'm not confident enough to start painting them yet as i can't find ne guides nd i'm still very new to the hobby
This is fantastic work!
Your Skaven are sharp looking dear brother, you are inspiring me to paint an army for my dwarves to fight.
Very nice, I love the greens.
