After a slow start to the Tale of the Mega Painters, I’m now getting into the grove. This unit of Necron Deathmarks took around a week and half of evenings to paint. Read on to see the whole unit shots and to find out how you can join in the project.

I’m really happy with how this unit turned out. I think the time spent on them is justified and the outcome is really effective. I followed my own Necron tutorial. It made it easier and meant my colours would be identical. I also like ticking off the steps, I feel each step I tick off is a little accomplishment. has anyone else tried this tutorial? My next unit to paint out of the Mega Force box set will be all six Scarab bases. Four months in and I’ve painted four units:  Six Necron Warriors, Annihilation Barge, Necron Overlord and now these Deathmarks.
