Just a quick post here and then back to posting more of the new Tau models that I worked on. I picked up the Forge World Great Unclean One last Saturday at the Salute London Show. Its the second time now that I have painted the model. I actually bought the same model last year also at Salute. And I think in all that this version I painted turned out a lot nicer than last years one.
For those of you that have not been to Salutes yearly show’s I would highly recommend going. For me the Forge World stand was the main draw. It was a massacre trying to get served, but I managed to buy a whole bunch of models including 3 MK2 Rhinos, 2 boxes of Autocannons for some Havocs and 2 boxes of the Thallax’s which I’m planning on using as Obliterators.
Salute also host’s a great painting competition, which I really wished I had entered. Definitely will take part next year. All in all I had a good day and look forward to Salute 2014.
Did anyone else go? If so what did you think and did you purchase anything?

If there was ever a model released that suited your style then this is it. Looks amazing.
Totally agree with garfy this is amazing and really suits your style! Salute was incredible queued for ages at the Fordgeworld stand to get bruckner and the warrior priest. Already nearly finished him on foot!
Just saw your Theodore on FW site. Awesome stuff 🙂

Hey thanks guys. I do enjoy painting all the Nurgle stuff, as I'm a huge fan of all the models. Currently work on my own Deathguard army slowly bit by bit and its a lot of fun.
