I’d like to raise my chalice and make a toast to completing my Sanguinary Priest kit bash. There are a couple more pictures after the jump.
I’m quite happy with the finished piece. It’s weird, having finished this model I now want to add some Blood Angel assault marines to my Army of the Imperium forced.
For the blood in the chalice I used Tamiya’s Clear Red. You can read more about this paint in this article I wrote. Alternatively Citadel’s Blood for the Blood God paint isn’t bad and you can read about that here.
