I wonder if you guys and girls are as bored as seeing these scouts on the blog as I am painting them. Well here’s a picture of them and now lets talk about something else… New army time! Well nearly new army time. After these Scouts I want to finish my Deathwatch models (five to go), after that I want to work on something else. The choices are: Eldar Wraith Army or Space Wolf Army or Genestealer Cult army. What would you choose?

While I would love to see your take on the Genstealer Cult, it seems from your own responses to comments that you are leaning towards Space Wolves.

An elite wraith army would be cool. Small and quite different to the various power armoured models you've got!
I think Space Wolves were the first models of you I ever saw (back on the MSN Space Wolf boards). Do you by the way still owe those models?
Therefor SW would be nice.
But I can see the point from other people that painting the Genestealer cult finishes off another game.
Wow that was a blast from the past. That must be over 10 years ago. I don't own the models sadly, I sold them. IIRC I sold a 1500pt SW army for £1300. I think that's my record.
Actually, starting Space Wolves would mean I start the boxed game Stormclaw (finally), so that could be a positive.
Genestealer Cult. I also like the idea of the finished boxed game.
Genestealers. That army still has a sense of novelty (oddly enough). Plus I'd love to see you convert a toy car into a genestealer cult limousine.

nice work….my vote is for space wolves…..mine are the traditional actual grey space wolves rather than the egsshell blue grey of the current gw ones.
I love the baby blue space wolves. Thing with the great companies is they're all different colours and shades of grey. In the fluff the 13th company are a dark grey. So all are legit.
I actually really like these alway been a fan of the scout models. But if anything, they do go to show you how much sculpting has improved in the last decade. I think it's time for a refresh on the Scouts
Since the genestealer cult models come from overkill it may give a better sense of completion (another box game off the list) and I'd love to see your take on them. While it's a great project, you've probably done a lot of Army of the Imperium lately, so something more xenos could be a fresh change (what colour scheme were you planning to paint the wraith army?).
