Hey everyone, I’ve finished the second five Brutes to add to my existing five. I’ve now completed my first unit of 10 Brutes with the Jagged Gore-hackas!
I’ve really enjoyed painting the Brutes, they are absolutely stunning models and a real pleasure to paint. I’ve got another ten built with the two Brute choppas so I’m looking forward to painting them. I think next for my Ironjawz I will paint one of the other characters.

These brutes are real killers! I love them! I also want an orange look on my brutes mixed with black, but use more black than orange.
At the moment I'm not quite sure how to get a nice orange look on them. Could you tell me which colors you used for the orange on your armor?
Just found your other blog entry with the description of your scheme. 🙂
That orange looks great on them, it's not typically a color associated with scary brutes, but looks fantastic on them. The skin looks great on them as well.
