Hi there, Aurélie here. I recently finished Leman Russ, the long desired model for the Primarch of the Space Wolves!
Usually I paint with Vallejo and Citadel colours, but for this model I had a go with PRIMAcryl colours from German paint brand Schminke. I used the primary colours Red, Yellow, Blue, as well as Black and White to mix a cool Space Wolves Grey colour. The colours for the face were mixed as well.
How do you like my rendition of Leman Russ? Leave a comment below.

Thank you all, five colors yes, it makes a lot of fun to paint with Schminke colors and to mix the colors as you like. I would add, for the metallics I used different metallic colors from Scale75, and for the base red Pigments.
Thats the best looking Leman Russ I have seen! Good stuff!!
Am I reading this correctly? You painted this whole figure with a palette of five colours? Makes a great paint job even more impressive.
Really great work on the metals!
Stunning 🙂
Great colour palette as always! The cold blue of the armour is perfect, and the level of weathering is great.
