Hello all! Back once again with another Nighthaunt post. It’s my second one of this miniature and here you have it! It’s the Cairn Wraith. As you can see I’ve gone with a turquoise and green scheme which is nothing out of what I usually do.
For my previous Cairn Wraith I did a brown scheme but with this scheme, I kept to the same two-part scheme dividing up the wraiths cowl into two sections. The haft of scythe is black to tie it in with my Hexwraiths.
I hope you all like this rendition of the Cairn Wraith. I do have something else in the works. Hopefully, I’ll be able to finish it soon. Let me know what you guys think in the comments below! Take care all!

Thanks very much! I pretty much used thin layers for successive colours through out the painting process.
Turquoise
– base coat Incubai Darkness
– layer Sotek Green
– layer Arhiman Blue
– Layer 1:1 Arhicman Blue & Temple guard blue (near the bottom of the model)
– Layer Temple Guard blue at the very bottom of the model
– Highlight of Temple Guard Blue
– Final highlight of Baharroth Blue
Green
– base coat Incubai Darkness
– Layer 1:1 Kabalite Green & Incubai Darkness
– Layer Kabalite Green
– Layer 1:1 Sybarite Green & Kabalite Green
– highlight Kabalite Green
– final highlight of Gauss Blaster Green
You can skip some of the stages with very thin layers of paint if you want. Hope that helps.
Thanks for the recipe : i will have to try it !
Love the turquoise/green theme. Would you share a little tutorial ?
Keep going !
Nicely done, like color choices and it looks like something I would not want to meet in a dark alley;)
Cheers
Kevin
Thanks very much Kevin!
