Hi there, I started painting Prince Yriel. As you might guess I’m going to paint him in Saim-Hann colours. I primed him with Army Painter Pure Red spray, did the base and started painting the coat. For the Tyranid limb he is standing on I used the same recipe as I used on the Dire Avengers’ armour. It’s a nice contrast and the limited palette ties the army together visually. I think this will be a fun model, painting a single characteris always a welcome change from batch painting.
