I’ve started painting the first three models of the Incubi squad for my Dark Eldar. So far, I’ve painted the armour, the flayed skin and the brassy parts. They are coming along quite nicely and I enjoy going back to the Dark Eldar collection I painted for last year’s Tale of Mega Painters project and expand it with another unit. One thing I’m not completely sure is how I’m going to paint the face masks. I don’t want to paint them white like on the ‘Eavy Metal models, as this would introduce another spot colour. I feel my Dark Eldar army has enough of spot colours already, so I guess I’m going to paint them in a bone colour like the huskblade of my Archon. What do you think?
