Hi everyone! I’ve finished two new additions to my Fyreslayers; the Auric Runesmiter and Auric Runeson!
These two miniatures come with the Magmadroth kit, making it a really great value for money kit. You get these two on foot when you build the Auric Runefather Magmadroth variant. I decided to paint them both together. They’re both very simple models but very nice ones too, I especially like the Auric Runesmiter on the left in the photos.

All your FyreSlayers look great! I have just picked some up too. I really like the 'dull' look of the golds and silvers, any tips on how you achieved this look? Thanks for sharing these great looking minis!
Thank you very much! 🙂 the gold is shaded with reikland and then agrax, and then the silver is shaded with nuln oil and then agrax 🙂
Thanks!
I agree, it's excellent value for £65 a monster and two heroes! Thanks Garfy 🙂
Love the glowing eyes on these, makes them look very intimidating (especially for dwarfs)!
Thank you! haha what do you mean especially for dwarfs, those little dudes can be intimidating when they want to 😉
What colors are used in the eyes? Could you explain us how yo get this wonderfull effect?
Hi Luife, the eyes were painted white and then glazed with Bloodletter and then Lamenters Yellow a few times, and then white was added back in the middle 🙂
Many Thanks, I´m going to try it on my own Fyreslayers, great results indeed!!!!
It's so good to get the spare models to use still when you build the kit. Excellent work on these.
