Hey all, today I was going to be showing a update for the progress on my almost finished Death Guard army. However I was hit again by another 24 hour man flu which prevented me from taking photos. So instead I decided to show a Chimera that I painted up over the summer. The idea was that I was planning to start a Astra Militarum army but never got round to it. I read in the comments that some of you want a Tyranid tutorial. So I will get one up for the beginning of the new year. What models will you be painting over the Christmas holidays?

I'm currently working though Deathstorm. Nearly finished the Tyranids, then it's onto the Blood Angels. Once there done, it's time to play the campaign through and expand both sides.
Nice gritty feel. Can't wait to see the Death Guard (40K or 30K?)
I'll be painting bases, 3 for windrider jetbikes, 1 for Tau Commander Farsight, and 1 for a Wraithknight. I've been getting a lot of compliments on my bases, so I might try and take some pictures and send them in.
I've been reading the site for a long time and have been taking a lot of the tips that you offer and bringing them into my own painting processes, and the upgrade to my painting has been amazing (I'll have to show a before ToP and after ToP comparison).
They are for 40K. Would be cool to see the comparisons.

This xmas Im painting Imperial Guard and starting a small Menoth force. Have you painted much Warmachine stuff? Would be interested to see how your gritty style looked on them.
Hey, I've seen the Warmachine models and like them a lot. But have not painted any as yet. Imperial Guards a nice army to have both rules and looks.
