Hi guy’s, about a week ago I showed work in progress on some Imperial Knight Renegades and have finally finished them.
It was quite a tough achievement as I am also working on a very large Tau army that was more priority, but I am happy with the outcome. To finish the model off I used Chaos Renegade brass iconograpy that you get from Forge World. I really liked using this as it creates a 3 dimensional surface that can be worked on. But you have to be careful when handling these parts as they can really sharp. What do you think? Have any of you used Forge World brass icons?

I just finished Forge World's chaos knight kit, painted up in a Khorne scheme. I did much the same thing – covered the knight in Khorne brass icons from Forge World. I use them quite a bit and I find they are a really life saver on banners and whatnot since I have little talent at freehand. I found this post on From the Warp invaluable in terms of figuring out how to work with brass:

They are really cool to use and thanks for the link. It was interesting to read.
