Hi all! Here I have a second conversion made of a Lord of Plague from the Age of Simar model range. I used a head from the new Dark Imperium Death Guard, and a backpack from the Chaos Marine Lord Kranon. Simple, but good enough for a new bodyguard for the Lord of Contagion of the Dark Imperium box set.
