5 Assault marines round 0ff the force as it stands making for a total of 40 infantry of various types. While I remember vaguely that 5 strong squads are quite fragile, I only had 5 f the original metal RT jump packs left over from my childhood which went a long way to dictating the squad size!
They’re armed with tomb kings/egypt style weapons and shields, while the Sgt sports a green glowy hand, which counts-as – well – whatever you want really, it’s vague enough to be anything or nothing! I used the Tzeentch shoulder pads on these guys as a unique feature/headnod/homage – I love this kind of little touch.
So what do you think should come next? 3 rhinos? A dread? Something larger…?!

Really i love this army
Really looking good! I was lucky to have held on to ten of the old metal turbofan packs that I'm using for my own Heresy-Era Thousand Sons, though they're not yet painted. Keep up the great work!
I'd love to see a contemptor pattern dreadnought next mate. Lovely work as always.
These, seriously are cool. The weapons have got to be one of the coolest bit mods ever..
why not buildt a pyrae occult knight based on a nemesis dreadknight?
you also couldt use the kromlech shoulderpads they have great scarrabs on them. i just finished my scratch buildt magnus the red based on the primarch model and the new scibor egyptian warior looks quit nice by the way. forgive my writing errors
Great painting! Sergeant-sorcerer using his talent is really cool. I like Thousand Sons, especially pre-heresy. I think you should paint them a bit lighter and brighter.
