I’ve been feeling guilty recently. I’ve been painting all these awesome big kits and Dreadfleet has been languishing alone in the corner of my man cave like a Parrot who has a fear of shoulders.

To rectify these feelings of guilt, I thought it would be a good idea to revisit Dreadfleet and work on the model that I’ve been dreading – the Flaming Scimitar. All I’ve done so far is base coat all the individual pieces using the airbrush. The sails are scaring me. I’m going to look at Sigur’s Flaming Scimitar to inspire me. Has anyone else painted this? Ah, surely one of the nicest ships to paint from the whole set! Looking forward to what you're coming up with. 🙂
