Resistance is futile! I was immensely pleased with how well the colours of this army worked together. The black/red/rotting flesh combo was a unexpected success. The borg style palour of the skin was achieved with rotting flesh and skull white, some thin badab black as a shade.
I didn’t go with too many infantry units in the army as the main focus was on bikes, but GW had just released drop pods and it seemed rude not to include a few – and if you had pods, you had to have stuff to go inside them!

I thought I recognized that Techmarine. Is your black just Chaos Black with some weathering done by sponging some boltgun/chainmail? Or does it involve some highlighting and washes.
I hate to say it, but it's just black with mithril silver edge highlights/damage – simple!
Do you convert these? Do you have advice for an aspiring converter?
