Yes, it’s another work in progress of something new. At the moment I’m having more WIP stuff on my table than I planned ever to have again but there just are these times when I end up with a ton of half-done stuff on my table, I don’t know why. 🙂 May it be how it is, do not despair (I’m doing myself not to at least), it will all pan out fine in the end. Basically, it’s the whole new Crimson Fists batch I got in the works not at once. With Space Marines, it’s not too hard to be working on a multitude of units at once and I’m really trying to get as much of the Crimson Fists done before the flyt-hings arrive. 😉

I'm currently working on a Grey Knight commission and oddly enough find myself in a similar situation to you… Rather than working on a few models / units at a time I have somehow inadvertantly found myself working on everything at the same time… I've managed to set up a sort of production line with about 5 models at each stage at once. Not sure how I managed that??
These guys look great though, the battle damage is really extreme on them… clearly the Crimson Fists have been in the thick of the fighting for a long while!
Looking great so far! Now about this blue…
I'm going to second Mike's request for your blue recipe. It looks wonderfully grungy and makes those crimson fists stand out quite well.
That blue is really an amazing shade. Come to think of it, your color aesthetic on all your models is really good. Care to share your blue recipe?
