Slow progress from me, but here is a squad of Kasrkin for the Grey Knight commission. really enjoyed the unit as a whole, and a handy stab at painting a decent grey with the new citadel paint range. The =][= hammer turned out well I thought and really pops in the middle of the unit. I’ve used the GW 3 pot system on the grey, the red and the lenses all to good effect. I add as much water as I can fit directly into the GW pot and paint fmro the lid. Lazy lazy…

Hey, could you explain what you mean with "spit" (I know the word and the translation in my language, but it make no sense to me)?
lick the brush
The grey is simply: mechanicus standard grey; nuln oil wash; mechanicus standard greY TIDY UP; dawnstone (& spit!); Administratum grey (& spit again!)
pretty simple stuff, but looks good!

What 3 colors of grey did you use? They look magnificent.
Yes, this 3 pot system does seem nice, though I seem to be out of the loop as to what it is 😉 Being in Turkey doesn't help much either.
Hammer really pops also.. what colors did you use there also?
Gj, i really like choice of colors for these models
The Grey has come out very well and the Hammer is outstanding, great job!
Which grey is that? It's outstanding.
You're right about the hammer, looks awesome. rest of squad looks great too, a strong case for using GW 3 pot system
