Hey there, I made some good progress on the first two bikers. The bikes themselves and their lower halves are almost done apart from some touch-ups, next up are transfers and the torsos. What do you think? By the way, if you’re still using foundation paints, don’t mix them with Tamiya airbrush thinner (plain water is fine). It turns foundation paint into a thick paste. I wasted a lot of precious Mordian Blue paint this way when I basecoated my bikes 🙁

Do the current base paints thin best with thinner or just water? Just got an airbrush and need to spray Mephiston Red on a Riptide.
I've successfully mixed Naggaroth Night with Tamiya Thinner, so I think the new base paints shouldn't be a problem.
I like you method for sub assemblies. I usually leave off the arms and head, but I may try your way with the next bikers I do. I like the exhausts, washes or pigments?
Hi Zab,
I used successive washes of Devlan Mud, VGC Brown Ink and finally VGC Smokey Ink.
