I'm a serial non completed : Ba assult squad in a similar state to your except been that way for a year to the day since my daughter was born, half finished execution force box set, un primed spacehulk box set. Oh and about 5000 points of blood angels I stripped 17 years ago which i will one day repaint lol. Unfortunately I tend start and complete new projects rather finishing ones I have put down…
How do you make sure the bolters fit into those arms? I have had to glue my bolters on before painting, which is a pain.
Can't speak for garfy but I use tacky wax or blue tack to dry fit before I glue have also used a tiny amount of super glue (i dip a pin in a blob of glue) on the grip hand to attach the bolter then snapped it off once the poly cement set.
I've heard of blood angels losing their heads in battle, but this is ridiculous o_O
Have plenty of motivation to finish up 3 squads of Alphas and a Forgefiend, just don't have any time. Moving and real estate dealings suck.

I have three Horus Heresy character series models sitting on my desk I need to finish before my baby boy is born with no further update than primer and a little basecoat on the Tainted Dreadnought for several weeks now. I'm keeping my hopes up though as I really want to finish or at least make significant progress on them. That's not considering the countless halfway models I got piling up… oh boy.
