The third batch of Tactical Marines is 95% done. You can see them in the front. Just need to add some static grass and refine the transfers. I’m pretty happy with them, what do you think? Now, onto the fourth and final batch – two older paint jobs that need reworking. You can see them in the back. Stay tuned. Who is excited for 8th Edition?

Are you still using Black Lava to base your models or something else?
I've only used Black Lava for my now sold Skaven army. For all my other models I'm using a sand.
Are you rebasing these or adding those rings?
The older models get adapter rings from http://ttadapters.com
They're looking great Stahly, I always look forward to your updates.
Super pumped for 8th. 40k was in desperate need of an overhaul/streamlining, and anything that makes the game quicker and more thematic is good in my books.
These are great! Love seeing your updated units
Squad is looking really good mate.
As collector/painter, 8th edition won't impact me that much. It's no secret I was so dissapointed with the rehashed recycled tripe that was 7th edition. It was the worst edition of all and insulted hobbyists everywhere. I hope 8th is at least well thought out and not copy and pasted ideas from AoS.
