Hey everyone, this is a request for help. Progress on my three Stormcast models from Shadespire have come to an abrupt halt. I’m posting this in the attempt to kickstart this project again. So, to help me, post your best motivational techniques or advice in the comments, or just plain right shame me into finishing these 🙂

Is there anything you really want to do as a reward? Or try to arrange a game of shade spire so you have the deadline and desire to play fully painted.
Or, play it not fully painted, feel shame but love the game and get excited about the painting. Or even use someone else's, play and love the game and get excited and then paint.
Harden up son pick up the brushes and just get it done.
dont aim for perfection try something new on these. sketch style or something else you have always wanted to try. go ahead and fail a bit. it might help and be more fun.
I like this suggestion. Some great effects can be achieved with faster techniques like stippling and dry brushing. I do need to remind myself that I don't have to try and blend or edge highlight everything! I think some quick and dirty Orks might be on the cards.
I could do it, you can too!
My Champions, Silverlions style!
I always look up some pictures of golden-demon-quality paintjobs of said models or browse through some artwork / fluff to remind me how cool those guys are. After that I'm always like "I really want those" and start painting again
Could it be that you're just burnt out on painting miniatures that either are (or bear a strong resemblance to) Space Marines?
I hardly paint anymore. I wouldn't say I'm burnt out. A change of pace might be good though, thanks for the suggestion.
