Hi all, I hope everyone has been well. I haven’t posted much but managed to still get some hobby done thus I present my Guardians of the Covenant Hellblaster Squad. These models are from the Dark Imperium set. I’ve always intended to paint more marines in this scheme as it’s fast to paint, with the exception of the guns.

The metallic silver elements were just a base coat of Ironbreaker with a shade of 1:1 Nuln Oil and Nuln Oil Gloss with no edge highlighting. This technique although simple has saved me so much time so I can focus on the other elements and make them shine.

I hope you all like this squad with the new 9th edition miniatures not far away, are just as excited as I am. The technique mentioned in this post can easily apply to Necrons as well… wink wink! So until next time, take care!
