Happy new year everyone, I hope you have a nice one this evening! You probably noticed there wasn’t an update from me for a while, the truth is I had a really hard time completing these two Escher ladies. With the holidays, family time (and I also had to go to work inbetween the days) I just couldn’t find the focus for painting. My lack of concentration also resulted in a lot of sloppy painting, which I had to fix in the end, extending the painting time even more. But at last, just in time for the end of 2012, they’re done. I think the plasma glow effect turned out quite nicely, what do you think? And what models were your last for this year? Tell me in the comments!

Stahly
Stahly lives in Craftworld Hamburg, located in the north of Germany. He has been involved with Warhammer since childhood and has painted several armies and countless warbands and kill teams over the decades. When he's not painting miniatures incredibly slowly, he's writing tutorials and testing the latest miniature paints, hobby tools and kits. He founded Tale of Painters to pass on his knowledge and bring inspiration to your hobby.
That works well with my Hobbit project. We may have to rename February to Megaforce Month 😀
The glow is very convincing. Top work Boss! Is this it for the Eschar gangers or do you have more to paint?
My last models for 2012 will be a rather uninspiring batch paint of nine Goblins.
6 more to go… four gangers and another leader and juve. Hope to have them finished by February 🙂
