Hey guys, hope you had a nice weekend. I had the chance to get a good amount of painting done on Saturday, so I’ve finished the coats and armour of the second batch of Eldar Rangers. As you can see, I bought the kneeling Ranger, too, who isn’t included in the box set for some reason, to increase the squad size to six. The Rangers are coming along nicely, aren’t they? Hope to get them finished over the week. What did you paint this weekend?

Thanks for the kind words mate!
Sweet! This brings back nice memories to me. When I was 14 yrs old I bought my first citadel minis on language learning holidays in Brighton. It was a bunch of metal eldar scouts. Shamefully I stopped painting & playing a year later due to skateboarding, pen & paper rpg's and general teenager issues (mainly girls and parties). Now I'm 32 yrs old, stumbled across this blog in november and since then I'm totally hooked. Painting on a small Dark Elves army and spending money on things I couldn't have afforded back then……uhm…..what was my point again? Anyways….your blog rocks big time!!! Thanks for all the great inspiration and for the time you guys invest. Really makes me happy.
I like the little camo blobs on the cloaks. Nice touch 🙂
They look stunning as usual, is the Kneeling Observing Ranger Finecast or metal? Also, will you be adding Illic to the group too?
The kneeling Ranger is metal, he wasn't converted to Finecast so far (thankfully). Illic isn't planned.
