It’s Death Company day on Tale of Painters! With Garfy working on his Death Company from Deathstorm, and after his beautiful rendition of a Death Company Dreadnought, I felt it was time to paint up my own Dreadnought. I wanted to go for a dynamic pose, and also decided to not using the scenic base that comes with every Dreadnought kit. Instead I created my own scenic base, with parts from the Manufactorum and other parts from my bitz box. The plate is made from the sheet that comes with the modular movement trays. I’m working my way from the base to the body to the arms. Should be a fun model to paint, what do you think?

Sadly I criticised Warhammer Visions in a review recently for not featuring much Warhammer Fantasy or The Hobbit. So I feel the pain of Anonymous, sadly I personally can only post what I'm working on.
Off the top of my head, recently I remember a herald and greater daemon of nurgle, eldar hornet, imperial knight, and a few marine tutorials in the past few days. Hardly over-saturated with space marine posts. But as usual, some people love to complain! Keep up the good work guys. Dread is looking cool so far Chris
From the Night Goblin article above, I went back over the last 30 posts on this site. Twenty One (21!) of those articles are about Space Marines or Imperials.
21 out of 30.
Hardly over-saturated!
Wow, this means a lot to you doesn't it.
I give up
Look at the positives. We post every day. All the content, including reviews and painting tutorials is free. We don't have pop up advertising or click bait.
Sorry you feel there are a lot of marine articles. It's just a weird coincidence that a few of us are all painting marines at the moment. It was just a couple of months ago that I was spamming the board with Tyranids tbh.
Please stay with us. It won't always be marine articles.
Nice start Stahly.
Anon – I guess that can be tricky as we work through our projects as any normal gamer would. But never fear, mine is all things Titan, and the Cult will follow/run alongside…thats not Space Marines!
''Should be a fun model to paint, what do you think?''
I think you guys need to post less articles about painting Space Marines.
