Hey all, on my last post I showed the beginnings of a Blood Bowl Orc team. Today I’m showing the mid workings of a small group of Goblins and a Troll that are part of the Orc team.
The models in the photos are quite old and made of lead rather than the new plastic versions. I’m guessing they are from the late eighties or early nineties. If anyone knows I’d be interested to find out. Nonetheless I think they are still really nice and have a lot of character to them. I really like the Goblin with the German WW2 hat on and the bandaged hand. I think they are quite funny and fit Goblins well. Overall I just need to do some oil washes, some highlights, numbering and the bases and I’m done. What do you think so far?

Hey there. The Goblins and Ripper Bolgrot are both from 3rd edition, as can be seen here: http://ww2.blood-bowl-miniatures.de/
Great job on them btw.
Hey cheers guys 🙂
Awesome painting, very skillful – I really like the high-contrast effect of the shadowing & highlights.
Oh, look here =)
I painted upp these exact figures just two months ago, the full squad but with the other troll, the one holding the ball. I went with a rather bright orange armour scheme just to make them stand out.
And yes, they are old, old as I 🙂
That just makes them even more fantastic, especially with your lovely painting 😀
Keep it up and would love to see the full squad on a picture in the near future =)
