A while ago a gentleman approached me and asked me to paint his Eisenhorn figure.
It’s the new 28mm version, with hair. Otherwise he’s the same, and basically has the same pose as the original Inquisitor one as well.
Straightforward, fun paintjob. 40k figures (especially imperial ones) are always like coming home. It’s all very clearly laid out, everything is large and extremely pronounced, the paint just falls into place. Wholly enjoyable.
…and finally someone to take care of that chaos cult I’ve had running around on my desk for the longest time.
Hope you like the Eisenhorn I painted! Leave your reaction and/or comment below!

Looks good. I think the model itself is brilliant. I should really get round to doing my own. How did you do the green on the shoulders?
Can we get a pictures from top down for the shoulders? Looks amazing.

Thanks very much, guys. I'm afraid I can't provide any more photos as the chap's on his way home already. The process on the turquoise bits wasn't very complicated though: white highlights, some white dots, followed by a turquoise glaze and some shading. No tricks, no rocket science, as always. 🙂
