Tale of Tuesdays: Garfy’s Month 4 – Nurgle’s Rotters

This is my fourth #Taleoftuesdays post and marks the end of my Bloodbowl team! My Nurgle’s Rotters team, dubbed the ‘Deep Sick Divers’, are fully painted with the completion of the Bloater, Rotter and Pestigor pictured above. After the jump check out the fancy team shots.

This whole project has been awesome. Just working on three models a month for four months was a slow grow project and I’ve been able to paint these without it really impacting on any of my other projects (like Warcry or Beastgrave). This project really captured my imagination as you can see from the above picture. I created a section of pitch, some ad boards and stood my Deathguard Pox Walkers behind the boards to cheer on the team. Designing the team logo, coming up with the name really added to the fun factor.

Whilst my Tale of Tuesdays is over (for now) make sure you come back for the next few weeks to see how SpaceShrimp, Arcane and our readers have got on. Stahly has already finished as he was painting a Blitzbowl team (half size).
