I know I presented you whole army shots of my Skaven army some days ago, but I haven’t taken proper pictures of my Clanrats with hand weapons yet. So click “more after the jump” and have a look at the final unit in my Skaven army.
How do you like them? I’d love to read some comments!

I am a big fan of your Masterpiece and I am painting my Skaven Army following this. The weapon highlights are painted with Citadel Ironbreaker (Old Chainmail) as tutorial. The color of ironbreak doesn’t look like it’s from the showcase. do you use a non-metallic paint to paint the edges of your weapon or armor?
No, but the old Chainmail paint I used has much smoother metallic pigments than Citadel’s Ironbreaker, which is why the edge highlights might look a bit whiteish. Might also be the lighting. If you’re looking for a smooth medium steel colour nowadays check out Vallejo Mecha Color Steel.
thank you! thank you so much! It’s been a great help.
The painting is good, the posing is awfull… totally not Skaven worthy.
When we're talking about Skaven, it's all about that irregualar horde that Skaven supposed to be, not this neatly lined up bunch !
I also feel the colours are too bright, there should be some darkness in this army
Just my 2 cents
Top notch work, man. Love the rust and also the subtle turqoise hints on the armor. Pics like this inspire other painters! Keep up the great work.
Very good from a skaven addict!
Nice photos what do you use? I just started my blog (gargaslittlewars.blogspot.it) where I put a couple of my demons (comments appreciated) cheers garga
