Update of my Sternguard Veterans. As you can see I’ve finished the combi-melter and the heavy flamer guys on the left. I also started work on the sergeant and the marine with combi-flamer. on the right There is still plenty of work left, but you get the impression how they might end up like. The sergeant was built the same way as on the box art basically, because I enjoy the pose with the hand resting on the sword and look of the helmet with the plume and the bionic eye, looks like a monocle. How do you like them so far?

Nice work i really love your work on the heavy flamer guy, keep it up.
Excellent work as always. I love the new Veteran models and I like the way youve combined them with Forge World bitz.
I am inspired to be as good as you sir.
Hello!!
First I must say that you do fantastic paintings!
Just one question, what are the different layers of blues you use for the armour? (I know you did a tutorial but now that the colour have change maybe you did change your schema as well)
Thank you for sharing your work with us!
Hi,
no I'm using the same colors as laid out in the tutorial – I bought a couple of Mordian Blue pots ahead before they changed their paint range.
Meticulous work as always. Your marines are a true inspiration for brush-users!
Love the look of these guys – You and Garfy do a brilliant job showcasing just how cool the Boys in Blue can look.
Thanks for inspiration.
