The purple blends are complete. I just have the bone claws, black carapace and my yellow spotting to do. Creeping into the background are doe of my other big critters. I like to surround myself with similar projects for motivational purposes. What tricks do you do to get you through a project?

Looks sweet so far 🙂
Bit of gaming on something motivational – playing Space Hulk Ascension in between painting a broodlord atm! Love the blending and the contrast with the bone areas – looks a really nice model going to have get one :-).
Just incredibly good, it is all I can say… Oh, and that I am a bit envious:-) Great skill; the color blending is awesome (airbrushed, I guess?). I do boring (yet needed) home works between my painting sessions…so I always look forward to painting more:-)

That looks exceptionally alien which is great because well…that's what Tyranids are! can't wait to see the finished result, if the WIP is anything to go by it's going to look fantastic 🙂
Man, that thing is MASSIVE! I think you've done size comparisons before with various figures, do you think when it's done you could do it with this beast? Great job btw!
